How to prepare baklava with milk

How to prepare baklava with milk:

Sift the flour on the table, Then make a hole in the middle. Add salt and a cup of water (250 ml) to the flour along with the eggs and fresh lemon juice. Mix all ingredients until the dough becomes smooth, elastic and homogeneous. Then we shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a towel to rest for 10 minutes. Then roll out the dough and divide it into eight equal parts. Knead each part separately.

Cover the entire table with cornmeal. We open each part of the dough to a diameter of 20 cm. Dip the entire dough in the cornflour and cover it again with a towel for 5 minutes. At this stage, Place the dough 4 by 4 on top of each other and slowly roll it out with a rolling pin. Then roll each one individually until it becomes a very thin bread. Grease a 25 x 35 cm baking tray with melted butter (250 grams). Spread a layer of dough on the bottom of the tray. Put all the butter on the dough.

Place three more layers of dough on top, then spread butter over each layer. Then we grease the fourth layer with butter and sprinkle ground almonds on it. Place the other four layers of dough on the almonds in the same way, then spread the butter on each layer. After applying the last layer, Cut the dough into squares and pour the remaining melted butter over the dough. Place the dough tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes until cooked. After cooking, Take the tray out of the oven and pour the prepared juice over it.

How to prepare juice:

Put the milk and sugar on the fire until it boils and the sugar dissolves completely. Then we remove the mixture from the heat, pour it over the prepared baklava, and sprinkle pistachios on it.
