First we prepare the sherbet. In this way, we boil the sugar and water, and when you want to remove the syrup from the heat, we add lemon juice and leave it to cool. In another bowl, Mix flour, eggs, water and salt together and make a dough. Then divide it into 12 parts and roll it into a very thin dough with the help of a rolling pin and place 6 of them in a greased oven. Place the dough that you rubbed with melted butter on top of each other, then pour a layer of ground walnuts on top.

Do the same for the other six doughs, then put the rest of the melted butter on the last layer. We cut the baklava into the desired shape, cook it at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, then pour the syrup over it and serve it after the syrup has penetrated the baklava.
